How do I send the FREE BopCard?
Choose the Everyday BopCard from the home page and follow the steps for personalizing and
sending until you come to the Sign In page. Then click on
'First Time User' and fill in the few details required to
register at the site. When you click on 'continue' your
BopCard will be sent FREE. Anytime you want to send more BopCards, enter your Username and Password when you come to the Sign In page.
Why do I get a choice of two different
methods for sending my song?
BopCards are a superior form of e-greeting, but they are also
a great music gift. Therefore we decided to offer two options
as discussed below.
What are the advantages of the web
delivered method?
1) The sender doesn't download anything so it is quick and
easy.
2) The recipient sees the animation, plus they can download
and keep an MP3 version of the song.
3) The sender knows when the BopCard has been delivered.
What are the advantages of sending
via the MP3 method?
1) The song comes directly from you. It's just like sending
a gift except you get to keep it too.
2) Perfect if you like a song but don't like the animation.

3) The recipient will be thinking of you, not watching the
screen when they hear the song.
Are there any disadvantages of sending
an MP3?
Occasionally, the delivery of MP3 files may be blocked. For
instance some workplaces don't allow certain types of attachments
through their security setup.
What happens if I share an email
address and BopCard Sign In details with someone else?
To make sure that the BopCard has your name as the sender,
follow these easy steps before sending a BopCard:
1) Sign in at the BopCards site and then click on 'My Account'.
2) If the First Name field does not contain your own name, change it and then click ‘Update’

How do I purchase more BopCards?
Simply click on the gold 'Buy More' button located on the
top right hand side of the screen to access our secure payment
screens. The button appears whenever you are signed in at
the site.
How do I know how much credit I have
at the BopCard site?
Your available credit is displayed next to the 'Buy More'
button whenever you are signed in. The number of BopCards you have available reduces by one each time you send or download a BopCard.
How long do my credits last at the
BopCard site?
You can come back anytime to use your remaining BopCards.
However if your account remains inactive for a whole year,
your balance is forfeited.
Are my password and username case
sensitive?
Yes. When you sign in at the site please enter these exactly
as they appear in your confirmation email.
What should I do if I forget my sign
in details?
Click on the 'Sign In' button from the home page and then
click on 'Forgot my Password or Username'. Enter your email
address and your account details will be resent immediately.
How do I change my password or registration
details?
Sign in and click on the 'My Account' button. You can alter
your personal account details here.
GENERAL INFORMATION
When I send
a BopCard via the web, how long will it be posted for?
BopCards stay on the web for ten days after they are first
opened by the recipient. During this time, the person you
sent the BopCard to can listen to the song, see the animation,
and choose to download their song as an MP3 file to keep forever.
What happens if nobody opens a BopCard
that is posted on the web?
BopCards that are never viewed stay on the web for twenty
days and are then deleted.
Can
I view a web delivered BopCard after I have sent it?
No, however you can hear the song anytime by previewing the
same BopCard at the site.
What happens if I send a BopCard
to an email address that is no longer working or faulty?
The email address you entered will appear in an email we send you with subject ‘Your BopCard has been Sent!’. You can check it later since that will be the likely cause if your BopCard is not picked up. The charge for that BopCard is not refundable.
Can I send the same BopCard to more
than one person at a time?
No, BopCards are personalized and sent to a specific person.
What do I do if the BopCard that I sent doesn’t get picked up, even though the email address I entered was correct?
Ask the recipient to check in case the notification email from team@bopcards.com has been caught by a spam filter.

What should
I do if I can't hear the songs?
Confirm that the volume is turned up on your computer. Check
also that the computer has a soundcard which is connected
to speakers, which are switched on and turned up. In some
internet cafés you may have to ask for a set of headphones,
whilst in some offices the computers were specifically installed
with no soundcard.
What should I do if I can't see the
song icons?
If you're using Internet Explorer then it must be version
4.2 or later. You can confirm the version by looking under
the help menu for 'about Internet Explorer'. Latest versions
of Internet Explorer are available from: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.asp
If you're using Netscape or Netscape
Communicator then it must be version 6.0 or later. You can
confirm the version by looking under the help menu for 'about
Netscape'. Latest versions of Netscape are available from:

To use our site you also need the Macromedia
Flash plug in (version 5 or later) installed. If you still
can't see animation and hear sounds and you have confirmed

What
should I do if I have trouble downloading or sending an MP3
file?
Occasionally the downloading of MP3 files may be blocked,
for instance some workplaces restrict the types of files that
can be downloaded or received as part of their internet security.
If you are experiencing such a problem, try to download or
send from a different location or alternatively send a web
delivered BopCard. Please note that the charge for each
BopCard still applies.
